Chicago-Midwest Chapter of AHF
Our organization's mission is to advance healthcare foodservice professionals by assuring food and nutrition is a core competency. We enhance and develop management skills of food service administrators while maintaining professional standards and ethics.
Members are involved in the administrative management of food service departments in healthcare organizations. Anyone in such a leadership position or interest in food service administration is welcome to join. Members include food service directors, food service managers and supervisors, certified dietary managers (CDMs), chief and clinical registered dietitians (RDs), dietetic technicians, registered (DTRs), executive chefs, dietary consultants, healthcare professional and food service educators.
